Right of withdrawal (EU/Germany)
Customers in the EU may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To withdraw, inform us by a clear statement (for example by email via our Contact page). We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
Australia
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
Canada
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging, in addition to your rights under provincial law.
Condition of returned items
Return the TV with all accessories and, where possible, the original packaging.
Faulty products
Faulty items are repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with your statutory rights and the manufacturer warranty.
