We deliver to Germany, Australia and Canada. Other countries may be added later.
Processing time
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. You receive an email when your order ships.
Delivery times and costs
Estimated delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of the product.
Tracking
Every TV ships with tracking. Follow your order on the Track Order page or in My Orders.
Damaged deliveries
Inspect the package at delivery. Note any visible damage with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Customs and duties
Any import duties or taxes are shown before payment where they apply.
